# KappaWeb

> KappaWeb is a web design and development studio building modern, high-end websites for law firms, tax advisors, and other professional service businesses in the German-speaking market. A website is priced as a one-time build fee, and every site is then operated by KappaWeb under one of two care levels (Betreuung): Einfache Betreuung is included at no monthly cost, and Erweiterte Betreuung adds a flat monthly fee (6-month minimum). The website content is in German.

KappaWeb combines design, animation, 3D, and development to create distinctive digital experiences. Beyond the website itself, a project can include lead-generation and automation features such as AI chatbots, live chat, WhatsApp chat, appointment booking, digital intake forms, email and follow-up automation, review automation, and a secure client dashboard (Mandanten-Dashboard) with login area, document upload, secure messaging, online payments, and DATEV and Microsoft 365 integrations.

Every client receives a personal account dashboard with insights into their website's traffic, performance, security, deploys, billing, and change requests.

## Pricing

There are no fixed plans. Every project is priced from its own configuration, as a one-time build fee (Aufbau) and a monthly fee for ongoing operation (Betrieb), which is 0 € on the lower of the two care levels. The calculator at https://www.kappaweb.com/pricing gives both figures immediately, with no enquiry required.

KappaWeb operates every site it builds; there is no hand-over option. **Einfache Betreuung** is included in every project at no monthly cost and covers the personal account dashboard, hosting, change requests (written to KappaWeb, not billed individually), security and updates, legal compliance, and backups. **Erweiterte Betreuung** (flat monthly fee, minimum term 6 months) covers all of that and adds the CMS inside the dashboard for editing content yourself, choice of domain (Wunschdomain), and priority on change requests. Erweiterte Betreuung is **mandatory** for anything running on the KappaWeb dashboard — a CMS or a Mandanten-Dashboard is not available on the einfache level.

Every price, on either level, includes mobile optimization, contact forms, GDPR/DSGVO pages, Google Business Profile integration, and baseline SEO, GEO, and AEO. The build price is the same either way.

Seven choices determine the price:

- **Starting point** — reworking an existing website, or building from scratch.
- **Size** — 1 page, 2–10, 11–30, 31–50, or more than 50.
- **Type** — without a CMS (content maintained by KappaWeb on request, included on both levels), with a CMS (maintained by the client, at no extra build cost as part of Erweiterte Betreuung), or with a secure Mandanten-Dashboard (login area, document upload, secure messaging), which raises both the build price and the monthly fee. The latter two require Erweiterte Betreuung.
- **Visibility** — baseline SEO/GEO/AEO is always included; an extended tier adds keyword and competitor analysis and matching content as one-time work.
- **Languages** — 1, 2–3, 4–10, or more than 10.
- **Load time** — standard, or additional performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, images, scripts, response times).
- **Betreuung** — Einfache Betreuung (no monthly fee, the default) or Erweiterte Betreuung (flat monthly fee, 6-month minimum term).

The build price starts from the starting point (a reworked website or a new build) and each further choice adds a stated amount to it; the calculator itemizes them. Only the open-ended size band (more than 50 pages) is shown as a floor ("ab"), with the exact figure agreed in the audit appointment. Erweiterte Betreuung is a flat monthly fee, raised only by the Mandanten-Dashboard. All figures are net, excluding VAT, and are estimates (Richtwerte) confirmed in writing after that appointment.
